Customer Review: Not Acceptable for Macs
I plugged the 120 WD Passport into my G4 Mac and it didn’t work. I then called WD technical support, waited on hold for 40 minutes and found out that an additional power cord would be needed (which isn’t in stock). The WD representative admitted that sometimes laptops do not work with this product. If you want to use this device on a Mac for portable service, just recognize that you might have problems. I am returning mine for a refund.
